The CHWJ-1H with powerful transmission and torque convertor, which is full of features to help mines maximize tonnes and minimize extraction costs. It has been engineered to optimize machine width, length and turning radius, enabling operation with narrow vein tunnel.

CHWJ-1H is the regular compact and lightweight 2 ton capacity Load Haul Dump (LHD) for narrow vein mining,which builds on the proven base of its predecessor CHWJ-1.Proven design for narrow-vein mining. It offers both reduced dilution, better flexibility and operator safety when working in narrow vein operations.
The CHWJ-1H is full of features to help mines maximize yield and minimize extraction costs. It has been engineered to optimize machine width, length and turning radius, enabling operation with narrow tunnel.

Brake System: Spring apply, fully closed multi-disc wet brake with spring brake; Integrated service brake, parking brake and emergency brake
Brake system performance complies with requirements of EN ISO 3450, AS2958.1 and SABS 1589

Operator's Cabin: WJ-1H cab provides superior ergonomic operating space to reduce operator fatigue by increasing legroom and improving pedal position. It is equipped with 2-point safety belt and the seat is adjustable. The operator seat is sideway driving.
WJ-1H cab has passed ROPS/FOPS certification to protect operator safety.The steel framed cab has sufficient strength to prevent falling rocks from rolling over to protect the operator's safety; with work lights, the operator's line of sight is clearer during operation.

Rear and Front Frame: A new heavy duty rear frame with added weight in the rear of the loader balances the machine perfectly when lifting and pushing into the muck pile. Heavy duty rear frame and mask with integrated reaction bars minimizes damage from wall impacts. High strength structure with optimized material thicknesses and reduced own weight contribute to higher overall hauling capacity and long structural lifetime. Welded steel box structures used in the frame and boom provide strong resistance to shock loads and are optimized to reduce stresses and extend frame lifetime
