Product Description

The CHUC-2 Scissor Lift with lifting capacity up to 2 tonnes and max plafrom height of 3.48 m is designed to provide a safe work platform for all kinds of installation works in tunnels.
Typical applications are fan installations, ventilation ducting, electrification works and piping for air and water services. The works can be accomplished safely, efficiently and comfortably from the level work deck, elevated to a optimum work height.

The powerful liquid cooled 120 kW TIER 3 engine provides clean and efficient operation. Maximum speed in a horizontal tunnel is 23.6 km/h.
The FOPS and ROPS approved safety cabin provides superior visibility and comfortable compartment for the driver and the passenger. Cabin is designed for safe and easy entry and exit. Door openings are wide and handrails and non-slip steps are correctly positioned. Dashboard is easy and simple to use. New multifunctional display provides driving information (speed, RPM, temperatures etc.) and information can be recorded for analysis. Enclosed cabin provides noise level < 75 dB ensuring safe and comfort driving. Vehicle layout allows easy access to all service points, all daily checks can be done from the ground level.

Brake System: The working brake is hydraulic brake and spring release; Parking brake is spring brake, hydraulic release; Brake system performance meets EN ISO 3450, AS2958.1 and SABS 1589 standards.

Operator's Cabin: UC-2 cab provides a spacious ergonomic operating space with ergonomic console layout for better comfort and productivity. UC-2 cab has passed ROPS/FOPS certification to protect operator safety.
