CHL-7 is a proven and reliable workhorse for narrow-vein mining applications, specifically designed for underground conditions. With its robust structure, compact size and fit-for-purpose components, the loader is tailored to meet the productivity targets in challenging environments. 

As standard, the CHL-7 is equipped with a robust 160 kW Tier 3 engine with catalytic purifier and muffler, delivering long engine lifetime in underground conditions. This fuel-efficient Volvo Penta engine is also calibrated for use in high altitude conditions to maintain performance, low emissions and reliability.

The loader smart boom geometry and the z-link design are optimized to provide highest in class breakout forces for fast bucket filling and handling of oversized rocks.

The powerful boom and bucket hydraulics combined with smart geometry enable the use of both lift and tilt functions simultaneous when penetrating the muck pile, making one-pass bucket filling easy and contributing to high fill factors,whereas the high lift height makes truck loading easier.

Brake System: Spring apply, fully closed multi-disc wet brake with spring brake; Integrated service brake, parking brake and emergency brake. Brake system performance complies with requirements of EN ISO 3450, AS2958.1 and SABS 1589

Operator's Cabin: CHL-7 cab provides superior ergonomic operating space to reduce operator fatigue by increasing legroom and improving pedal position. The front part of the pedal protrudes outward, and the upper front part and the left and right sides protrude outward to make the cab space larger.

CHL-7 cab has passed ROPS/FOPS certification to protect operator safety. The cab interior is affixed with 25mm flame-retardant and noise-reducing interior fabric, which is not only beautiful and comfortable inside, but also effective in dust prevention and noise reduction. It is equipped with a laminated glass window and is installed with a four-port sealing strip to remove the glass inside and outside for emergency escape in the event of a dangerous situation.

Rear and Front Frame: A new heavy duty rear frame with added weight in the rear of the loader balances the machine perfectly when lifting and pushing into the muck pile. Heavy duty rear frame and mask with integrated reaction bars minimizes damage from wall impacts.
High strength structure with optimized material thicknesses and reduced own weight contribute to higher overall hauling capacity and long structural lifetime.
Welded steel box structures used in the frame and boom provide strong resistance to shock loads and are optimized to reduce stresses and extend frame lifetime

Warranty scheme: our company provides free maintenance (except for human reasons) for quality problems within 12 months after delivery of the equipment or 2000 hours of engine operation (whichever comes first).

2471 rest assured project: 24-hour service hotline support, providing technical consultation on use, operation and maintenance; service personnel arrive at the site within 7 hours after receiving complaints about equipment quality problems; problem equipment resumes production within 1 day of maintenance.
