Product Description

CHWJ-2.5 is a compact and lightweight underground loader for narrow vein mining applications. The robust loader is a productive and strong unit with a bestin-class power to weight ratio, featuring a tramming capacity of 5 tons.

The WJ-2.5 loader offers the world famous engine ; a Tier 3 / Stage III A  from ABROAD. The unit uses CHIHONG axles, equipped with spring applied, hydraulically released brakes.  Each lubrication point is arranged reasonably for easy maintenance.

The operator's compartment is ROPS and FOPS certified to improve safety underground, and efficient LED lights improve visibility. Safety can be further improve by equipping the loader with a fire suppression system, radio remote control and pilot control system.

The WJ-2.5 loader offers the world famous engine ; a Tier 3 / Stage III A  from ABROAD. The unit uses CHIHONG axles, equipped with spring applied, hydraulically released brakes.  Each lubrication point is arranged reasonably for easy maintenance.

Brake system performance complies with requirements of EN ISO 3450, AS2958.1 and SABS 1589

Operator's Cabin: WJ-2.5 cab provides superior ergonomic operating space to reduce operator fatigue by increasing legroom and improving pedal position. WJ-2.5 cab is front-mounted, has a good view and is ROPS/FOPS certified to protect the operator. The control operation is a mechanical handle, which conforms to the operator's usage habits, has a simple structure and is convenient for maintenance.

Rear and Front Frame: A new heavy duty rear frame with added weight in the rear of the loader balances the machine perfectly when lifting and pushing into the muck pile. Heavy duty rear frame and mask with integrated reaction bars minimizes damage from wall impacts. High strength structure with optimized material thicknesses and reduced own weight contribute to higher overall hauling capacity and long structural lifetime. Welded steel box structures used in the frame and boom provide strong resistance to shock loads and are optimized to reduce stresses and extend frame lifetime
